Day 1 Australia - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Today depart from either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, *Adelaide or *Perth for Amsterdam! Fly with either Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways or Cathay Pacific to name a few (subject to availability).

Day 2 Welcome to Amsterdam
Upon arrival you will be met by your tour director and transferred to your hotel.

Day 3 Amsterdam City Tour
Following breakfast at the hotel, tour some of the city’s major attractions, including the Royal Palace and the National Monument. You will have the option of hopping onto a glasstopped boat (not included) for an hour-long cruise through the storied canals. Continue on to Coster Diamond Factory and see how diamonds are cut and prepared for market, using techniques that have been in use since the 16th century. Next stop is Zaanse Schans, the windmill capital of Holland. Visit the Wooden Shoe Workshop & Museum and the Cheese Farm (not included) to see how clogs and cheese are made. For those who wish to take a peek into one of Amsterdam’s more colourful neighbourhoods, finish the tour with a visit to the world-famous Red Light District.

Day 4 Amsterdam - Hannover, Germany
After breakfast, leave Amsterdam behind and drive east across the border into Germany, bound for Hannover. Here you will enjoy a walking tour of the city with your tour director. Day 5 Hannover - Berlin
After breakfast at your hotel, depart the city of Hannover and continue onwards to Berlin, where you will enjoy the sights of this historic city on a bus tour upon arrival. Once a city of contrasts with the Berlin Wall separating two different worlds, the city now has developed into a harmonious blend of the new and old, preserving its historical buildings and impressive boulevards, as well as creating brand new buildings in the most daring architectural styles. Day 6 Berlin Full Day City Tour
This morning the tour director will take you on a full day exploration of this beautiful city, taking in sites such as the Tiergarten Park, Brandenburg Gate (Brandenburger Tor), and the Berlin Wall. Also visit the historic Holocaust Memorial on tour (not included). Then tick off some east Berlin gems including Potsdamer Platz, Berlin Cathedral (Berliner Dom), and Museumsinsel (Museum Island) to name a few.

Day 9 Prague - Vienna, Austria

Day 11 Budapest Tour
After breakfast, begin a tour of Budapest with your tour director. Begin at the Hungarian State Opera House, the City Park and Heroes Square, where you will see impressive statues of Hungary’s most important national leaders. After walking through the park, you’ll come to the Vajdahunyad Castle, constructed in 1896 as part of the Millennial Exhibition. Continue on with a short stop to see the popular Szechenyi Spa, Europe’s largest thermal bath, before returning to the city centre. There, you will encounter the neoclassical structure of St. Stephen’s Basilica, the second tallest building in Budapest. Walk along the Danube Promenade, taking in the panoramic views of Gellert Hill and the Citadel, and take the opportunity to snap a photo of the Chain Bridge. Conclude your tour in the Buda Castle District, where you can take photos from the stunning lookout at Fisherman’s Bastion.

Day 17 Rome Full Day Tour
Today you will enjoy a guided walking tour of the city. See ancient Roman architecture, medieval buildings, renaissance artworks, and remnants of Rome’s illustrious past as capital of the Roman Empire. Later enjoy the option of taking a guided walking tour of the Vatican City (not included). Continue to the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, and finally the Piazza Navona, where you will have some free time. Afterwards the bus will continue to the Colosseum where you will have time to see the ancient amphitheatre, the Arch of Constantine, the Roman Forum and the Capitol Hill (entrances not included). Summer in Amsterdam typically means good weather. The average high temperatures in the summer are
18°C for June, 20°C for July, and 21°C for August. Winter, from December to February is cold: temperatures are on average around 0 °C at night and a few degrees above during the day. When the westerlies blow, temperatures can be quite mild, and can reach 10/12 °C. 

During the months of June, July and August you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures. On average, the warmest month is July. The coldest month is January on average.

July is the hottest month in Prague with an average temperature of 18°C and the coldest is January at -1°C. During the months of June, July and August you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures.

Berlin has a continental climate with cold winters, hot summers and fairly mild autumns and springs. Summer (June to August) weather in Berlin is pleasant and sunny, the days are long and high temperatures average 23°C, particularly in July and August. January and February are usually the coldest months.

The climate of Budapest, the capital of Hungary is continental with cold winters and warm summers. The
average temperature ranges from -1.5 °C in January to 21 °C in July. During the months of May, June, July, August and September you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures.

The mean temperature in Zagreb, Croatia is quite mild at 11.3 degrees Celsius. There is a variation of mean monthly temperatures of 21 °C which is a below moderate range. The range/ variation of diurnal average temperatures is 7.3 °C. July is the warmest month with an average temperature of 21 °C. January is the coldest month with an average temperature of 0 °C.

The climate of Venice is constant but it can also vary from day to day. In January the days can be cold and windy but it might also be sunny. In the heart of summer it can be incredibly warm with the average monthly temperature rising above 25 °C starting June. 

The warmest months are generally July and August, while June and September are both nice with warm weather without it being too hot. The coolest months are December and January with January being a bit cooler.

Officially spring is during the months of March, April and May in Italy. Summer is from June through to August. Autumn is during the months of September, October and November and winter is from December to February. July is the hottest month in Rome with an average temperature of 26°C and the coldest is January at 8°C.

Tour Guide:

Often locals with intimate knowledge of an area, its culture, and history. Their role entails providing commentary, routing the tour, and seeing that people have a good time. They are a licensed, qualified expert who supplies specific information on history, art, architecture and culture of the city/village/attraction in which he or
she is guiding the tour. The guide meets the group at the required place and leaves the group at the end of the tour, they do not travel with the group.

Tour Leader:
An experienced person tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of tours, as well as providing practical support to passengers throughout the whole trip. Their role primarily includes assisting with accommodation, transportation between locations, and communication with tour guides in each stop. A tour leader may provide general guidance around a city or village, and offer information on the place visited on the bus, however they are not required to have specific knowledge on art, architecture, or history. They are not allowed to provide a guided tour or commentary of a city/village/attraction once there and if caught doing so, can be fined.

Please note: Tour leaders/guides are not a standard inclusion in all travel offers. Tour leaders/guides will only be made available when particularly required to enhance the experience of the destination featured.

Seat Selection & Frequent Flyer Points:
At TripADeal we do not arrange seat selection. It is important to highlight that some Airlines do not allow pre-selected seats. We strongly suggest you contact the Airline directly with seating allocation requirements and or arrive at the airport earlier to arrange your seating. While we do not add frequent flyer member details to bookings, you can do this directly with the Airline once you have your flight information.

Passport Validity:
Customers are required to provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase, or no later than 45 days
prior to departure date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking. In this instance customers will
be responsible for any costs and fees incurred.


Daily breakfast is included in the tour, for all other meals; lunches and dinners the tour leader (when available) will offer assistance with reservations, suggestions and directions to local restaurants. It is your responsibility to
notify TripADeal of any dietary requests/ requirements. Please note; we will do our best to meet your requests/
requirements, however cannot guarantee that we will always be able to. 

You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, you must carry your own luggage from the coach to the hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and off-loading of the luggage from the coach.

Our vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair access, so unfortunately our tours are currently not suitable for
