Escape to O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat

The journey to O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat is almost as memorable as the destination as you travel through the village of Canungra and into the Canungra Valley. Stop to sample some O’Reilly’s wine and fuel up with a delicious lunch at Canungra Valley Vineyards. The drive up the to the Lamington Plateau along the stunning winding mountain road offers fantastic vistas overlooking the mountains in the West and visitors suddenly understand why it is called “The Scenic Rim”.

Over the past 90 years, O’Reilly’s has earned a well‐respected reputation as an exceptional destination offering quality experiences, great customer service and excellent value for money. At O'Reilly's, guests will enjoy discovering the history and heritage of the Australian O’Reilly family including tales of a crashed Stinson plane discoverer Bernard O’Reilly. Meet second, third and fourth generation family members and learn about their passion for conservation and nature. The O’Reilly’s philosophy is to offer every guest “green” experiences and to provide an insight into the history and heritage of the surrounding Lamington National Park.
