One of India’s largest national parks, Ranthambore once the hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur is now one of the best places to see the Bengal Tiger in India.

This day links to the final day of India’s Golden Triangle or Heart of India tour.

DAY 1: DELHI – RANTHAMBORE
A private chauffeur will pick up from the hotel and transfer to Delhi railway station to board the train to Ranthambore. Upon arrival in Ranthambore, transfer by private vehicle to the hotel will be arranged.
Ranthambore was established as the Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary in 1955 by the Government of India and was declared one of the Protect Tiger reserves in 1973. Ranthambore became a national park in 1980. Within the park is Ranthambore Fort. The ruins of the fort and the Bengal Tiger have an appeal that attracts photographers from all across the globe.

DAY 2: RANTHAMBORE

Bring the Jungle Book to life today while travelling on a Jeep safari through the Indian jungle in Ranthambore National Park. Eagle eyed guides will be on hand to point out all the wildlife they see as Ranthambore is home to some of the most exotic animal species found in the Indian subcontinent; leopards, nilgai, hyena, sloth bear, chital and more. But without a doubt he most famous resident of Ranthambhore National Park is the beautiful Bengal tiger. Sighting one of these elusive creatures in the wild is a truly exhilarating experience.

DAY 3: RANTHAMBORE
Today will be filled once again driving with expert guides throughout the Rathambore National Park in search on the Bengal tiger. Meals: BLD

DAY 4: RANTHAMBORE – DELHI
Early transfers have been arranged to the Sawai Madhopur railway station today for the journey back to Delhi. Enjoy an afternoon of leisure in preparation for tomorrows flight.

DAY 5: DEPART DELHI
Transfers have been arranged to transfer to airport for flight to onward destinations. Meals: B
