Day 1:   Saturday 28 March 2020                 Toowoomba – Brisbane - Norfolk Island                                 Wataweih - Welkam! Hello and Welcome! Start the tour with a transfer by luxury Stonestreets coach to Brisbane International Airport. After check-in, enjoy a relaxing coffee or visit the duty-free shops before boarding our Air New Zealand flight to Norfolk Island. On arrival on Norfolk Island we’ll be greeted and transferred to our accommodation - The Paradise Resort Hotel which is nestled in 11 acres of beautifully landscaped sub-tropical gardens. You’ll have some free time this afternoon to settle in to your room, then a wonderful night of Musical Entertainment is included over dinner. Day 2:   Sunday 29 March 2020    Island Tour and Night with Mutineers                                                                A half Day tour of Norfolk Island is a must for every visitor! Visit Historic Kingston, Cascade, Longridge & much more. See and hear about the famous convict buildings, beautiful beaches & golf course, the renowned Melanesian Chapel, our Government, laws & lifestyle. Enjoy views from scenic spots on this full commentary conducted tour. Rest for a delicious morning or afternoon tea in the garden of an historic island home built by Fletcher Quintal – descendant of ‘Bounty’ mutineers Fletcher Christian & Matthew Quintal. Return to our accommodation for lunch and then the afternoon is free to relax or enjoy a short stroll into the main shopping district of Norfolk Island – Burnt Pine. The Paradise Resort runs scheduled shuttle services from the resort to town and return for those who would prefer not to walk to town. Tonight, join Fletcher Christian’s direct descendants John and Alison, for a ‘Night with the Mutineers’ including sumptuous food (2-course), sea shanties, sing-a-longs, great Island music and plenty of mutinous tales. Day 3:   Monday 30 March 2020   Cyclorama & Progressive Dinner                                                                Today, walk inside a unique work of art, a continuous 360⁰ panoramic painting, and feel as though you are standing on a pier or ship desk and are part of the scenes. Followed by a stroll through Queen Victoria’s Garden next door. Finish the morning with a delicious Devonshire morning tea. The after is free for you to relax or visit the burnt Pine shops. Tonight we have arranged for a special dinner. Head out and enjoy a 3-course meal progressing to different Island homes. We are taken to carefully selected island homes where you will hear Norfolk stories from you dinner hosts. The Progressive Dinner is a fun night and a great way to meet the Island people. Meals: BD

Day 4:   Tuesday 31 March 2020 Convict Settlement, Island Fish Fry & Sound & Light Show                    Enjoy a leisurely morning before an ‘In Depth’ tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Walk through the cemetery & hear the history of interesting convict & colonial headstones, hear stories of the houses along Quality Row. Walk through the ruins of the New Gaol, see the Pier Store, Boat Shed and the Crank Mill. Late this afternoon we head out to enjoy a feast of Island dishes, salads, homemade bread and fresh fried fish, followed by Island desserts and tea/coffee. Watch the sun set from Puppy’s Point on Norfolk’s beautiful western coastline whist enjoying some local entertainment before our return to the hotel.  Meals BD

Day 5:   Wednesday 1 April 2020         Hilli Goat Tour & Wonderland by Night                                           First up this morning take your choice of a stroll through a one-hundred-acre reserve, or for the more energetic, a leisurely 3.5km walk through scenic Mt Bates to Captain Cook Monument. At the end of both walks we meet on the clifftop for a delicious breakfast barbecue. This afternoon visit a stunning cliff top property at Anson Bay and meet the cheeky goats. Wander through the edible gardens and learn about the milking & cheese making process. Then sit down to a delicious Hilli Goat style platter with complimentary glass of wine. Tonight, after dinner enjoy a Wonderland by night. The setting is 10 acres of magical Norfolk Pines & bushland lit up like an enchanted forest. Meander along (or ride in the ’moon buggy’) a gentle winding path with Matt Bigg – a descendant of the Bounty mutineers, as he recites poems and lights up the diorama. Meals: BLD

Day 6:   Thursday 2 April 2020               Behind the Hedges and Hilli Restaurant                                    Today we start off with a Behind the Hedges Tour; travel to Anson Bay to visit a small hobby farm, which has been instrumental in improving the local livestock industry. Close by see a demonstration at Norfolk’s major pottery and browse at the Cottage Pottery shop. After a delicious morning tea at a scenic location, visit the local chocolate shop for a demonstration and tasting of the local chocolate. Stroll through one of the Island’s largest Banyan Trees on the Island. Enjoy some leisure time this afternoon before a delicious 2 course dinner at the Hilli Restaurant . Meals: BD

Day 7:   Friday 3 April 2020     Green Fingers Tour and Night as a Convict                                                Start the day with a tour featuring some of the Islands loveliest gardens. Throughout the morning we visit a nursery owned & operated by a young Norfolk Islander, a private fruit and vegetable market garden as well as visit a gorgeous private garden with spectacular views of Kingston and Nepean and Philip Islands. A local historian will give a talk on this area with a history dating to 1788. Morning tea is served in a scenic location. The afternoon is free then tonight we have planned a fun night out. Dress as a convict & join with the commandant for an evening of gaiety, feasting & singing. Great food! Great fun! (Outfit supplied). This is the most popular feature dinner on Norfolk. Meals: BD

Day 8:   Saturday 4 April 2020              Norfolk Island – Brisbane – Toowoomba                                       Your morning is free today, then we have lunch at the resort before our transfer to Norfolk Island Airport. Check in and board our Air New Zealand Flight back to Brisbane. Arrive Brisbane International Airport late afternoon where Stonestreets will be waiting our arrival to transfer us back to Toowoomba and your home in the city. Meals: BL
