Day 1: Saturday 7 March 2020
Toowoomba – Brisbane - Norfolk Island
Wataweih - Welkam! Hello and Welcome!
Toowoomba residents can travel by luxury Stonestreets coach to Brisbane International Airport. After check-in, enjoy a coffee or visit the duty-free shops before boarding your Air New Zealand flight to Norfolk Island. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by your hosts and resort staff and transferred to your accommodation - The Paradise Resort Hotel. Nestled in 11 acres of beautifully landscaped sub-tropical gardens. You’ll have some free time this afternoon to settle into your room, then enjoy a wonderful night of Musical Entertainment over dinner. Meals: D

Day 2: Sunday 8 March 2020
Island Tour and Night with Mutineers
Get your bearings on your first day on the island with a half-day tour. See historic Kingston, Cascade, Longridge and more. See and hear about the famous convict buildings, beautiful beaches and golf course and the renowned Melanesian Chapel. Learn about the local Government, laws and lifestyle. Enjoy views from scenic spots, all with full commentary. Rest over a delicious morning or afternoon tea in the gardens of a historic island home, built by Fletcher Quintal – descendant of ‘Bounty’ mutineers; Fletcher Christian and Matthew Quintal. Return to your accommodation for lunch and then the afternoon is free to relax or enjoy a short stroll into the main shopping district of Norfolk Island – Burnt Pine. The Paradise Resort runs scheduled shuttle services from the resort to town and return for those who would prefer not to walk. Tonight, join Fletcher Christian’s direct descendants John and Alison, for a ‘Night with the Mutineers’ including sumptuous food (2-course), sea shanty sing-a-longs, great Island music and plenty of mutinous tales. Day 3: Monday 9 March 2020
Cyclorama & Progressive Dinner
Today, walk inside a unique work of art, a continuous 360⁰ panoramic painting. You'll feel as though you are standing on a pier, or ship deck, and are part of the scenes. Later take a stroll through Queen Victoria’s Garden just next door. Finish the morning with a delicious Devonshire morning tea, then enjoy a free afternoon to relax, explore or visit the Burnt Pine shops. Tonight we have arranged for a special progressive dinner. Head out and enjoy a 3-course meal progressing to different Island homes where you will hear the Norfolk story from your dinner hosts. The Progressive Dinner is a fun night and a great way to meet the Island people. Meals: BD

Day 4: Tuesday 10 March 2020
Convict Settlement, Island Fish Fry & Sound & Light Show
Enjoy a leisurely start to the morning before an ‘In Depth’ tour of the historic Georgian settlement of Kingston. Wander through the cemetery and hear the history of interesting convict and colonial headstones as well as the tales of the houses along Quality Row. Walk through the ruins of the New Gaol, see the Pier Store, Boat Shed and Crank Mill. Late this afternoon enjoy a feast of Island dishes, salads, homemade bread and fresh fried fish followed by Island desserts and tea/coffee. Watch the sunset from Puppy’s Point on Norfolk’s beautiful western coastline whilst enjoying some local entertainment before returning to the resort. Meals BD

Day 5: Wednesday 11 March 2020
Hilli Goat Tour & Wonderland by Night
First up this morning take your choice of a stroll through a one-hundred-acre reserve, or for the more energetic, a leisurely 3.5km walk through scenic Mt Bates to Captain Cook Monument. At the end of both walks, you'll meet on the clifftop for a delicious breakfast barbecue. This afternoon visit a stunning cliff top property at Anson Bay and meet some cheeky goats. Wander through the edible gardens and learn about the farm's milking and cheese making process. Then sit down to a delicious Hilli Goat style platter with a complimentary glass of wine. Tonight, after dinner, enjoy a Wonderland by night. The setting is 10 acres of magical Norfolk Pines and bushland lit up like an enchanted forest. Meander along (or ride in the ’moon buggy’) a gentle winding path with Matt Bigg – a descendant of the Bounty mutineers, as he recites poems and illuminates the diorama. Meals: BLD

Day 6: Thursday 12 March 2020
Behind the Hedges and Hilli Restaurant
Today discover what is "Behind the Hedges". Travel to Anson Bay to visit a small hobby farm, which has been instrumental in improving the local livestock industry. Nearby witness a demonstration at Norfolk’s major potter and browse at the Cottage Pottery shop. After a delicious morning tea at a scenic location, visit the local chocolate shop for a demonstration and tasting of the local chocolate. Stroll through one of the Island’s largest Banyan Trees then enjoy some leisure time in the  afternoon. Tonight you'll enjoy a 2-course dinner at the Hilli Restaurant. Meals: BD

Day 7: Friday 13 March 2020
Green Fingers Tour and Night as a Convict
Today you'll explore some of the Islands loveliest gardens. Throughout the morning, visit a nursery owned and operated by a young Norfolk Islander, a private fruit and vegetable market garden and a gorgeous private garden with spectacular views of Kingston and Nepean and Philip Islands. A local historian will provide insights into the history of the area, dating back to 1788. Morning tea is served in a scenic location then spend your last afternoon at your leisure. Tonight will be a fun night out. Dress as a convict and join with the commandant for an evening of gaiety, feasting and singing. Great food! Great fun! (Outfit supplied). Day 8: Saturday 14 March 2020
Norfolk Island – Brisbane – Toowoomba
Your morning is free today. After lunch at the resort, transfer to Norfolk Island Airport to check in and board your Air New Zealand Flight back to Brisbane. Arrive at Brisbane International Airport late afternoon. For Toowoomba bound passengers, a Stonestreets coach will be waiting for your arrival to transfer you back to Toowoomba. Meals: BL
