Day 1 Australia - Barcelona, Spain
Today depart from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth to Barcelona! Fly with award winning airlines such as Emirates, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa, Finnair or Swiss Airlines to name a few (subject to availability). Meals included: In-Flight 

Day 2 Welcome to Barcelona

Day 3 Barcelona Free Day
Today you are free to enjoy this bustling city. Barcelona is the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region. Defined by quirky art and architecture, imaginative food and vibrant street life. It has medieval roots, seen in the maze like Gothic Quarter, but a modernist personality represented by architect Antoni Gaudí’s fantastical Sagrada Família church (entrance not included). Its restaurant scene, anchored by the central Boqueria market, ranges from fine dining to tiny tapas bars - you won’t be short of things to busy yourself. Overnight: Rafael Hotel Badalona, Barcelona. Day 4 Barcelona - Montpellier, France (Approx. 350km Day)
Enjoy today a scenic drive through Costa Brava towards Montpellier - a French stylish metropolis with elegant buildings, grand hotel, stately boulevards and shady backstreets. The city is distinguished by conical towers, dating back to 1364. The city’s Antigone district is a chic, modern development inspired by neoclassical motifs. Paintings from French and European Old Masters hang at the Musée Fabre. Overnight: Hotel Ibis Montpellier Sud, Montpellier. Meals included: Breakfast

Day 5 Montpellier - Arles - Cannes (Approx. 300km Day)
After breakfast continue your journey to Cannes, you will make a stop in the UNESCO Heritage Site of Arles, famous for its historical buildings and links to such artists as Van Gough (many of his paintings were inspired by this city). Head the French Riviera, in Cannes famous for the Cannes Film Festival. This resort town is home to a level of wealth and glamour that cannot fail to impress. Enjoy dinner (not included) at one of the many waterfront restaurants and become a local as you stroll through the cobbled streets of town. Overnight: Hotel Ibis Mandelieu, Cannes. Day 6 Cannes - Nice – Monaco - Cannes (Approx. 100Km Day)
Today travel along the Riviera to Nice, where you’ll stop to sample its vibrant culture, before heading to Monaco home of the rich and famous. Monaco is like another world! Home to Grace Kelly, the Monaco Grand Prix, one of the most impressive harbours (purely for the size of the yachts!) In the late afternoon return to your hotel in Cannes. Day 7 Cannes - Paris (TGVHigh Speed Train Journey)
Bid Cannes farewell after breakfast and head north today. Board the TGV (High Speed Train) and relax travelling through Aix-en-Provence - Avignon - Lyon, and onto the French country side, disembarking in Paris (approx. 5-hour journey). Upon arrival be met by your English-speaking Tour Leader and transferred to the Hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in the French Capital city. Overnight: Hotel Mercure Porte de Pantin, Paris

Day 8 Paris City Tour
This morning after breakfast, begin a half day guided city tour seeing Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral, St. Germain de Pres. Place Vendome and Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, the beautiful Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe (entrances not included). Day 9 Paris – London, England (Eurostar Train Journey)
This morning transfer to Paris Station to board the Eurostar train to London, United Kingdom (approx. a 2.5-hour journey). You will arrive at St. Pancras International Station and be transferred to the hotel. Day 10 London City Tour
After breakfast begin your half day guided tour of London. See Buckingham Palace - residence of the Royal family, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben and see the Tower of London, where the crown jewels have been kept since the 14th century (entrances not included). Enjoy the remainder of the day free at leisure.

Day 11 London – Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Eurostar Train Journey)
Following breakfast, transfer to St. Pancras International Station to take the Eurostar train to Amsterdam (approx. a
4.5-hour journey). Once you have arrived at Amsterdam Station you will be transferred to the hotel. You are then free to enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure artistic Capital City of Netherlands. Overnight: Hotel NH Schipol, Amsterdam. Meals included: Breakfast

Day 12 Amsterdam Walking Tour
This morning after breakfast you will take a walking tour of Amsterdam. For centuries the world’s largest commercial port has been known as the “Venice of the North” because of the many canals and over 600 bridges that cross it. See the famous Dam Square, the Benginhof, the flower Market on the Singel and
The Tower of Montelbaan. In the afternoon take the opportunity to take part in a boat ride along the canals (not included), admiring masterpieces of five centuries of architecture and poetic views that have inspired countless artists. Overnight: Hotel NH Schipol, Amsterdam. Day 13 Amsterdam - Hannover, Germany (Approx. 370km Day)
After breakfast depart for Hannover, a major city of Northern Germany, see the red-brick Gothic Market Church and the Old Town Hall stand among half-timbered houses in the rebuilt old town. Overnight: Mercure Hotel Oldenburger Allee, Hannover. Meals included: Breakfast

Day 14 Hannover - Berlin (Approx. 280km Day)

Day 15 Berlin Walking Tour
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards enjoy a walking tour to the Berlin Wall Memorial in Bernauer Strasse, the Checkpoint Charlie, and the Mauermuseum (entrance fees not included). 

Day 16 Berlin - Dresden – Prague, Czech Republic (Approx. 350km Day)

Day 17 Prague Walking Tour
After breakfast walk through Prague, the “City of the Hundred Spires”. See the most important places and sights, including Wenceslas Square, the National Theatre, the Lesser Town and Hradčany with Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the former Jewish district and the Astronomical Clock in the Old Town Square. Day 18 Prague – Bratislava, Slovakia (Approx. 320km Day)

Day 21 Budapest – Vienna, Austria - Walking Tour (Approx. 240km Day)
This morning depart for ‘the Imperial City’ of Vienna. This afternoon, enjoy a walking city tour. In Austria’s capital, lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. Day 25 Venice City Tour
After breakfast you will explore Venice on a half day guided tour. Prepare to be awe struck this morning with an incredible adventure through Venice. Begin with a waterbus ride to San Marco Island. Once on the island you’ll be led around some of Venice’s best-known locations, beginning in the Piazza with the Basilica di San Marco, a stunning piece of Byzantine architecture. See the legendary Bridge of Sighs, which appears on many a postcard or picture of Venice and connects the old prison to the interrogation rooms in the Doge’s Palace. Afterwards feel free to walk the alleyways and canals of this beautiful floating city. Overnight: Hotel Sport All’Ancora, Mestre (Venice Area). Day 26 Venice - Florence - Walking Tour (Approx. 250km Day)
Relax over a coffee and breakfast before setting out for heading Florence. In the heart of Tuscany, Florence (Firenze to the locals) was the centre of medieval European trade and finance and is considered the birthplace of the Renaissance. Take a wonderful panoramic overview of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo, which boasts glorious vistas over the red roofs, Arno River and ancient city walls out towards the surrounding countryside. From here enjoy a walk around Florence’s many highlights, including the Ponte Vecchio over the Arno, the Piazza del Duomo and Campanile Tower. Overnight: Datini Hotel, Prato (Florence Area). Day 27 Florence - Rome - City Tour (Approx. 270km Day)
Today head south through the Tuscan countryside into Rome. Rome, Italy’s capital, is a sprawling, cosmopolitan city of globally influential art, architecture and culture. In the afternoon enjoy a half day guided tour to see some of the richest history in the world; including the iconic St Peter’s Basilica at Vatican City. Walk through the area surrounding the ruins of the Colosseum and see The Arc of Constantine and The Pantheon (entrances excluded).
